At KingAriPress, we want you to love every item you receive. All our print-on-demand products (such as apparel and accessories) are custom-made just for you through Printify, which means each piece is produced only after your order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges

 

Returns and exchanges are not supported for change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, or any other customer preference reasons. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Manufacturing Error

 

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo(s) showing the issue. There is no need to return the item.

We will work with Printify to arrange a free reprint or a full refund (issued to your original payment method, where eligible). For issues affecting multiple items with the same design, an additional photo or video showing all items together may be required.

Unsuccessful Delivery / Lost in Transit

 

In the rare case of an unsuccessful delivery, you may choose either a reprint (additional shipping charge may apply) or a partial refund.

How to Report an Issue

• Your order number

• Clear photo(s) of the issue

• Description of the problem

We aim to respond quickly and resolve eligible issues in line with Printify’s guidelines.

Important Notes

​

• Printify (and KingAriPress) will not be responsible for reprints or refunds if the wrong size or color was ordered.

• For DTG (direct-to-garment) products, minor print placement variations up to 0.5" are considered normal and not defects.

• Refunds for eligible issues are processed through Printify and credited back to your original payment method (or Printify balance if applicable).
